Bhopal. In the organisational elections of the year 2020, the BJP had fixed an age limit for the district presidents and divisional presidents, due to which in some places, qualified and experienced people were out of the organisation and in some places, such people came to the posts who could not communicate the seriousness of the party. Perhaps this is the reason that this time the party will not keep any age limit in the BJP organisational elections but will give priority to the qualified and experienced.
Actually, any experiment is considered successful only when the results are favourable. In the last few years, BJP has been running a slow campaign of generation change, but in some places it has caused loss to the party because experienced people stayed at home. The party may have won the assembly elections and all 29 Lok Sabha seats with a huge majority, but the party knows how it has won elections by fielding experienced people in the name of Modi in the name of nationalism and in some places, and at that time itself the leaders were told that this will not happen in future. A coordination of zeal with wisdom will be made within the party.
Even in the assembly elections, the party fielded leaders above 70 years of age, which also benefited the party, otherwise people like Nagendra Singh, Jagannath Raghuvanshi, Vishal Singh, Jayant Malaiya, Hazarilal Dangi, Prem Shankar Verma, Jaisingh Maravi, Ajay Bishnoi were fielded from Nagaud. In Bundelkhand, the party is saying that senior leader Gopal Bhargav is contesting for the ninth time, so that the party can also benefit in the surrounding areas.
However, this time in the organisational elections, there will be no age limit like last time, rather deserving leaders and workers will get a chance. During the organisational elections in the year 2020, BJP had fixed the age limit of 35 years for Mandal Presidents and 50 years for District Presidents, due to which an unpleasant situation was created in many places where despite being deserving and capable, people could not become Mandal President or District President due to old age, rather those who became the President in their place could not create coordination within the district in the party. During the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, senior leaders of the party had to go to the districts and create coordination and senior leaders had to work hard to step out of their homes during the elections.
Perhaps this is the reason that this time in the organisational elections, the party has decided not to keep any age criteria and now mixed faces will be seen in the organisation, along with the youth, the elderly will also be given adequate importance in the organisation. Not only this, the way the party created an atmosphere around those areas by giving tickets to senior leaders in the assembly elections, in the same way now senior leaders will be brought back in the government as well as the organisation, so that the positive message of the government in the organization can reach the state. For this, the effect will be seen in the organisational elections as well as in the coming days in the cabinet expansion and appointments to corporations and boards, those senior faces will be seen who are continuously working for the party since the foundation day of the party, who have a strong team of workers and who have a clean image among the general public.
Overall, now there will be a better coordination of enthusiasm and wisdom in the BJP organization and government. The youth will also be given ample opportunities but the party will also continue to take advantage of the experience of experienced leaders so that the party does not have to face difficulties in the future.
