5 -year -old Yakana Thakur, preparing to go to college, says, “I want to be a moral hacker.”
He went to the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh, 6 km away from his village, km kilometer away from his village. Here he is training in a certificate course from Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA).

Yakana Tagore is one of the 108 girls students who have been admitted to the Westem Course of UN Women’s Institute UN Women.

Yachana’s father Bajrang Thakur said, “My older daughter is graduating in Jabalpur, and I am happy that Yakna got employment in Ahmedabad. I have a son who studies in the tenth standard.”

He says that if he had a resource, he would have given a scooter to the application instead of a bike.
Applicant cousin Deepika is a ITI Copa student and a Westem contestant. In an interview given for employment, he gave the curriculum for his new confidence.

Deepika will soon work at a company in the city of Diwas, a city in Madhya Pradesh, about 550 km from her home.

When he had to go to Bhopal to participate in a program to get his proposal letter, where he met successful women in a renowned organization like IIT, who shared with them to start business with zero.
Jyoti’s first journey away from home has given a new direction of his life. He met many important officers in Bhopal. Also, the proposal letter was received, in which he offered to pay Rs. 16,000.
Although the family responsibility was refrained from taking employment in Jyoti Gujarat, through the experience of Westem, he has taken his ambition to join the Defense Force.
Jyoti, his father’s friend, is inspired by an army officer, dreaming of wearing uniforms one day.
He is preparing for the officer level examination with the Joint Defense Service (CDS) exam in the upcoming session.

Monica Bashank, the official ITI participant in Balghat, shared her experience, “The training I have received under the Westem program was a great experience for me. After completing 122 hours of training, I am now fully ready to work in the industry.
Teachers are also taking the impact on the students. “The Westem program has strengthened our students with practical industrial skills and provided career counseling to their education,” said the Government Polytaconic Board trainer.
Under this initiative, more than 2,000 127 young women were admitted from 23 ITI institutions and 7 Polytechnic colleges.
During his 122 -hour training, he is being given the 21st century employment skills, stem education and vocational training.
So far, more than 126 candidates have received employment appointments in the prestigious agencies, where they are working on the pay scale up to Rs. The average salary is 13 thousand per month.
