Indian peacekeepers’ missions are southeast of Lebanon and this campaign will continue for about a month.
The vaccine began with a program held in a village called Halta from March March.
Unifil Sector East Commander Brigadier General Fernando Ruiz Gomez, Indian Continent Commander Colonel Ajit Singh Negi and Indian Veterinary Officer and mayor of the villages were present.
By promoting the vaccine, the goal of Unifil Peace Guards is that all the animals of the 5 villages spread across the area of 66 square kilometers, vaccines to protect against the disease.
