Attack on South Sudan's healthcare, crisis in people's lives

Dr. Humphry Karamagi, a representative of the South Sudan of the World Health Organization (WHO), said, “Every time it happens, people are deprived of healthcare and sometimes lose their hopes. Health is the ultimate protection IELD. If it breaks everything, everything will break everything.”

According to the United Nations Humanitarian Assistance Organization (OCHA), seven people were killed and 20 were injured in a hospital in the East Galee MSF (Madekins Suns Frontieres) in the province.

Attacks on Health Care

WHO Officer Dr. Humphri Karamagi told reporters in Geneva that there was an eighth opportunity since January when healthcare was targeted with healthcare and health workers and disasters of health workers.

He warned, “If such an attack continues, half of the Neel River may have to stop health facilities.”

Doctor Humphri Karamagi said that the necessary facilities such as coffee and cold chain are also in the face of violence by providing people’s relief material.

It is noteworthy that South Sudan got independence in the 21st, however, the country was stuck in the civil war shortly after that.

Cold chain means a series or system in which drugs, vaccines, blood or other temperature-sensitive items are stored, transported and distributed at a certain cold temperature.

Faded

The situation is getting worse in South Sudan. The outbreak of diseases like cholera, malaria, arrangements and monkeys is spreading rapidly. The WHO has deployed the borders of violence and assistance and as much as possible as possible teams have been deployed, coordinated with local partners.

WHO Officer warned, “If we don’t do anything, the situation may be even more terrifying.”

He said that within the upcoming six weeks, the number of cholera cases may double and the death toll may increase by 5 percent.

Talking about cholera simply, the disease has been infected by more than 55,000 people since September, of which more than 1,000 people have died.

Condemn of ‘war crime’

The UN Human Rights Commission (OHCR) in South Sudan has strongly condemned the bombing in southern Sudan and condemned it.

“This is not a tragic accident, but was a well -planned, germ action, which was an attack on a protected treatment facility,” said Chairman of the Commission.

The MSF has confirmed that the hospital, including pharmacy and emergency medical units, was completely destroyed.

Action

The UN Human Rights Commission has demanded an immediate investigation into the hospital bombing and warned that the delicate peace process in South Sudan could be completely derailed due to this national dense violation.

Meanwhile, when a high -level delegation of the African Union and the East African Inter -Sanghant (IGAD) reached Juba, the demand for peace talks was intensified.

Yasmin Suka said, “The path that South Sudan is following is extremely dangerous. If such attacks continue fearlessly, the peace agreement will only be as a paper document.”

Doctor Karamagi also said in his petition, “Help us so that this moment does not turn out when hope is broken as well as hope.”
