15 years of HLPF
A high level political platform (HLPF) has been held every year since the 21st. It has been organized to discuss the progress or deficit of the UN Economic and Social Council (EcoSOC), 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
These goals were adopted under the 2030 development agenda in 2015, whose goal is to create more similar and inclusive world.
Special attention was paid to five goals on this year’s platform: better health and good health, gender equality, honorable work and economic growth, global partnership under life and water.
Representatives of Czechia and St Vincent and Granadines led the minister’s documents. He describes this discussion as very important.
Jacob Kulahanek, a permanent representative of Czechia and prominent convenor of the declaration, said, “This year’s discussion is especially special. Ten years after the agenda of 20, there are still many challenges, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which have been fed and continuous.”
May not be late …
Member states have announced in the cabinet that the sustainable development goals (SDGs) are coming out fast and these goals are still derailed.
According to the UN Secretary -Jenral report, only 5 percent of the target is on the goal of achieving the target by 20, while more than half of the goals progress are very slow.
The Cabinet’s announcement mentions five sustainable development goals (SDGs), mainly discussed, but member states specifically noted that poverty is the biggest obstacle to sustainable development.
At the same time, the climate crisis is constantly becoming serious, which is why every aspect of development has been threatened.
In this declaration, both of these problems are described as “the world’s largest global challenge”.
SDG 16 underlines the role of organizations like government in promoting peace … Under the member states acknowledged that a strong administration and partnership are mandatory to ensure peace before development.
The announcement states, “We believe that it is not possible without sustainable development, peace and protection and peace and protection can also be in danger without sustainable development.”
Action plan
Member states have said that the announcement was also made several times many times the UN, which is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year.
Zaikub Kulahanek said, “At a time when there is serious doubt about the future of polygamism, your promise not only has been assured, but also inspired.”
Member states are committed to achieving continuous development goals as soon as possible in the announcement of creating a better world.
He said, “We will work to implement the vision of this project immediately for people, earth, prosperity, peace and partnership, so that no one goes back.”
