Tej Pratap was also summoned by the court

The problems of Lalu Prasad’s family are increasing in Bihar. Lalu Prasad’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav, who has so far escaped the investigation of central agencies, is also coming under its purview. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has summoned him in the case of job in railways in exchange for land. Along with all other members of his family including Lalu Prasad, Tej Pratap has also been asked to appear in court on October 7. However, the relief for Tej Pratap Yadav is that the agency has not yet made him an accused. He has been issued summons without making him an accused.

Apart from him, many other members of the family including Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav etc., including Lalu Prasad’s daughters, have been made accused in this case. Informed sources say that Tej Pratap has been summoned because a land is registered in the name of both Tejashwi and Tej Pratap. In such a situation, it is not possible to make one son of Lalu Prasad an accused and not the other. Anyway, Tejashwi Yadav has gone to Dubai with his family for a three-week vacation after a seven-day trip. He is scheduled to return on October 8. But the summons are for October 7. He has gone abroad only after depositing a bond of Rs 25 lakh with the permission of the court. So, it remains to be seen whether he comes on October 7 or asks for exemption.
