Israel's attack continues

New Delhi. Israel’s attack on Lebanon continues. On Tuesday, 24 September, Israel carried out airstrikes in Lebanon for the fifth consecutive day. Israel targeted Hezbollah’s hideouts in Ghoberi near the capital Beirut. By late evening, six people have been reported dead and 15 injured in this attack. With this, the death toll in Lebanon in the last two days has reached 564.

On the other hand, Hezbollah also claimed to have targeted eight places in Israel with missiles on Monday night. Israel confirmed the attack and said that 55 rockets were fired by Hezbollah. Earlier, the Israeli Defense Force, IDF, had carried out air strikes in Lebanon on Monday targeting 1600 Hezbollah locations. It was claimed that 10 thousand rockets of Hezbollah were destroyed in these attacks.

Lebanon’s Health Ministry said that 558 people have died in the Israeli attack. These include 94 women and 50 children. According to it, 1,835 people have been injured. In view of the attacks from Israel, schools and colleges have been closed in Lebanon till Wednesday, September 25. People have been sent to safe places. Israel has named the operation being carried out in Lebanon as ‘Northern Arrows’. IDM claims that Hezbollah hides missiles in houses in southern Lebanon, which have been fired at Israel for almost a year.
