Shardiya Navratri 2024: Shardiya Navratri has special significance in Sanatan Dharma. Shardiya Navratri is starting from 3rd October 2024. On this day, Mother Durga will arrive on earth riding on a palanquin. According to beliefs, the arrival of Mother Goddess in a palanquin or doli is considered inauspicious. This indicates that it may lead to decline in the economy, recession in business, outbreak of epidemics, increase in violence and unnatural events.
