Delhi CM evicted from bungalow

New Delhi. In an unprecedented development, the official residence of Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has been sealed. Not only this, their belongings were taken out and kept outside the house. The Public Works Department (PWD) of the Delhi Government, citing a technical reason, removed the Chief Minister’s belongings from the house and then sealed the bungalow. Arvind Kejriwal had vacated this bungalow five days ago and after that Atishi shifted to this bungalow. This bungalow was in controversy for a long time because more than Rs 50 crore was spent on its decoration.

However, it is being told that PWD officials had reached the CM residence i.e. 6, Flag Staff Road around 11.30 am on Wednesday. He said that rules were not followed in handing over the house. Atishi had the keys of this house, but he was not given the official documents of allotment of the house. On this technical basis the officials took the keys of the house. CM’s belongings were removed from the house and the bungalow was sealed.

After this, a statement was issued by the Chief Minister’s Office, in which it was said – for the first time in history, a Chief Minister has been asked to vacate his house. At the behest of BJP, the Lieutenant Governor i.e. LG forcefully took out the belongings of Chief Minister Atishi from the house. Preparations are being made to give this CM residence to a big BJP leader. BJP has been out of the government in Delhi for 27 years, now it wants to grab the CM residence.

On the other hand, Bharatiya Janata Party has alleged that many secrets are hidden in Kejriwal’s Sheeshmahal. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said- Arvind Kejriwal’s Sheesh Mahal has finally been sealed… What secrets are hidden in that bungalow that without handing over the keys to the concerned department, you were trying to enter the bungalow again? He said- You created a good drama by carrying your luggage in two small trucks. Everyone knows that the bungalow is still in your possession. The way you tried to hand over the bungalow to Atishi was unconstitutional. Atishi has already been allotted a bungalow, so how can she take your bungalow? There are many secrets hidden in that bungalow.

Meanwhile, a show cause notice has been sent by the Director of the Surveillance Department to three officers including Kejriwal’s Special Secretary. Two other officers are those who were posted in the Chief Minister’s camp office when Kejriwal was the Chief Minister. He has been asked why he did not hand over the keys of the CM residence to PWD even after being given clear instructions. These officers have been asked to file their reply within seven days.
