Nagpur. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat addressed the volunteers present at the Vijayadashami festival organized in Nagpur. During this, he also mentioned about RG Kar Medical College. On the incident at Kolkata’s RG Kar Hospital, Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said that if Draupadi’s clothes were stolen, a war like Mahabharata would have happened. When Sita was kidnapped, Ramayana happened. What happened in Kolkata’s RG Kar Hospital has become shameful. This should not have happened, even after it happened, the kind of procrastination that happened there shows the nexus of crime and politics. Apart from this, the Sangh chief asked the countrymen to move forward together on many issues. The Sangh chief also inspired the country to become powerful. Said, in our society, people move ahead after seeing those who are considered great, people do whatever they do. Those doing them should see that they have to do so in such a way that it does not shock the society. Same is the case with India also, India will have to become powerful. Remaining weak will not help. Bhagwat also gave an advice to the countrymen. Said that people should tour the country. He said, the language, food and dress inside the house should be our own.
This is our right. Along with this, we should visit the places of our country, the tour should be such that we get a chance to know our country. 99 years have been completed since the establishment of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Foundation Day was started formally. Vijayadashami festival started with weapon worship. Former ISRO Chairman Dr. K Radhakrishnan was present as the chief guest in the program. At 6:15 am, volunteers from Nagpur participated in the traditional path march (route march). RSS Band performed during the program. During this, the RSS flag was also hoisted at the RSS office. On this occasion, Mohan Bhagwat extended hearty greetings to all the countrymen on Vijayadashami and pledged to maintain the unity and integrity of the country. RSS was established in the year 1925 on the day of Vijayadashami, hence Vijayadashami is important for RSS in many ways. Dr. Balram Krishna Hedgewar founded RSS in 1925 on the day of Vijayadashi. Today RSS branches are established in many countries around the world. The organization has been banned thrice in its 99 years of journey.
