Mumbai. Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B says that every day is a learning experience for him. Every single day of his life introduces him to a new aspect, which gives a new color to life and the reality of living. Big B wrote on his blog that every day of work is a learning for me… not just work, but another day is filled with elements that bring us closer to life and the reality of living. He further said that every day we see and know life and sometimes there is wonder in our eyes… see where you are, and what is within you. There is no point in lamenting over a loss. Show host Amitabh Bachchan said, I used to wonder why shooters wait so long after taking a shot. I didn’t understand until Abhishek Bachchan told me that they are controlling their breath and heart rate, so it takes them time. Talking about the techniques, Manu said, “In the beginning, it is important to have a strong base, and this applies to everything. Many people think shooting is simple.

Just pick up the pistol and aim, but it is much more difficult than that. During the match, our heart rate increases, but we have to stay calm, even if we are feeling anxious. It is quite difficult to maintain concentration and control restlessness or nervousness. So I rely heavily on yoga, Surya Namaskar and meditation. I follow this routine with strict discipline. She told that she also uses the 4:8 breathing technique. This means inhaling for four seconds and exhaling for eight seconds. She said that mastering it through practice brings my heart rate back to normal. During matches, when our hands shake due to nervousness while aiming, this technique helps me stay calm and focused.
