Srinagar. The series of attacks by terrorists on army vehicles continues in Jammu and Kashmir. On Monday morning, a group of terrorists attacked an army ambulance. Later the army killed three terrorists involved in this attack. Security forces killed three terrorists in an encounter in Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said that the body of a terrorist has been found. It is noteworthy that last week terrorists had attacked an army vehicle in Baramulla, in which three soldiers were martyred and two porters working for the army were also killed.

However, around 7.30 am on Monday, terrorists opened fire on an army ambulance in Bhattal area near the Line of Control, LOC. However, there was no loss of life or property. After the firing the terrorists had fled towards the forest. The army surrounded the area and conducted a search operation. After about five hours of struggle, all three terrorists were killed. Earlier on October 24, terrorists had attacked an army vehicle in Baramulla.

Giving information about Monday’s incident, the Army has said that the terrorists were searching for a mobile in the Shiv Asan temple adjacent to the forest in Bhattal area. He had to call someone. Meanwhile, an army ambulance passed and the terrorists started firing. It is being told that the terrorists had crossed the border last night and came to Akhnoor.
