Bhopal. In Madhya Pradesh, BJP leaders and workers seem to be falling prey to frustration and depression again. The news is that three lists have been prepared for appointments in corporations and boards – one from the Chief Minister’s camp, the second from Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the third from the organization. It includes the favorite names of the state president and organization general secretary. Some names will be added by Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. Before the announcement of these names, the process of getting them approved by the central leadership will also be done so that the voices of protest do not become too vocal. Everyone knows that within a few days of taking oath as CM, Dr. Mohan Yadav had removed the appointed presidents and vice-presidents from the posts of BDA and corporation boards. Then there was a discussion in the political circles that Shivraj supporters have been shown the way out. In such a situation, now at the time of new appointment, CM Yadav will be able to make appointments to these lucrative posts as per his wish. But in the changed circumstances, it does not seem that everything will be done easily by maintaining coordination and balance.
The wait for a long time for appointment to the posts of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson in the corporations and boards is troubling the contenders. One may say a million times that Modi magic played a big role in BJP winning all the 29 Lok Sabha seats in the state after the assembly elections. In such a situation, injustice is done to those few percent of party workers with Panch Nishtha who are left. They have been engaged in winning the elections and serving the organisation with full dedication. However, leave alone workers with Panch Nishtha, even office bearers are very few left in the party. Time is passing and date after date is being given for deployment in corporations and boards.
Earlier, there was a discussion that after the December 2023 assembly elections, this time the appointment will be done soon before the Lok Sabha elections. But some trouble-mongering leaders created a problem by saying that those who will not become president-vice president in the corporations will become indifferent towards the elections and its adverse effect will be seen on the results. However, let us assume that it also benefited and a record of winning all 29 Lok Sabha seats in the state was made. But now what after this…? But now it is expected that this Birbal’s Khichdi of appointment will start cooking from next month October. For example, the transfer industry will also start from October 15 after a long wait.
Some very important works are also stuck in the transfer business. The process of adding and deleting names in ministerial bungalows is gaining momentum in the list prepared by the school teachers, college professors, principals, doctors and paramedical staff in the hospital, collectorate, SDM in tehsil, tehsildars and patwaris. In this, some shrewd officers and employees posted in the ministry and ministerial bungalows are weaving a web of extortion by showing the list to the needy. Although we have already mentioned the rain of transfers during the rainy season. A lot will also depend on how Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and his team handle this entire issue. It will also be interesting to see how active the crowd of brokers is at the bungalows of the ministers. In terms of experience, senior ministers Kailash Vijayvargiya, Prahlad Patel, Rajendra Shukla, Govind Rajput will be put to test. Ministers elected for the first or second time may however come into discussions regarding the transfer list.
BJP corrects its mistake…
It seems that in the name of generation change in the organization, the work of marginalizing the seasoned leaders and workers above the age of 50 in BJP will now be stopped. In fact, whether it is the local body elections or the work of the organization, the new officers were not able to conduct them properly. The party suffered the consequences of this from the divisional level to the national level. Irregularities in the executive meetings and activities like training classes of the organization were nothing more than a formality. Old officers were leaving and there was no interest in strengthening the cadre. Leaders of the organization general secretary level were also falling prey to this disease. It seems that when this kind of feedback was sent from all sides from Delhi to Nagpur, there were signs of improvement in it like before. So that the leaders coming from other parties can be made uniform with the party cadre.
Activism in Congress and emphasis on farmers…
Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari has become active and has tried to put pressure on the party high command to form his new team. He has announced a tractor trolley movement at the district level to give the farmers a support price of Rs 6000 per quintal for soybean. This also includes the demand to implement the BJP’s promise of purchasing wheat at Rs 2700 per quintal and paddy at Rs 3100 per quintal. Overall, Congress is trying to strengthen its hold among the farmers with this excuse. Meanwhile, Jitu Patwari is also trying to form his team. But the consent of former CM Digvijay Singh and Kamal Nath is also necessary for this.
