BJP will not allow Article 370 to return

Srinagar. The Bharatiya Janata Party has released its manifesto for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. In this manifesto released in the name of Sankalp Patra, the BJP has made big promises, but while releasing it, Union Home Minister Amit Shah reiterated the resolution that the BJP will never allow the return of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. In this way, the BJP has declared its agenda for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. On one side there are parties like National Conference and PDP, who have promised the return of 370, and on the other side there is the BJP, which has expressed its resolve not to let it return.

However, on Friday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah started BJP’s election campaign in Jammu and Kashmir. He released the party’s manifesto, in which BJP has announced many big schemes. Releasing the manifesto, Amit Shah said that college going students will be given three thousand rupees transport allowance every year. Along with this, students studying in 10th class will get tablets and laptops.

Amit Shah said – Five lakh jobs will be given in Jammu Kashmir. Also, the beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana will be given two LPG cylinders for free every year. BJP has announced to give five marla or one bigha of land for free to landless people through Atal Awas Yojana. It is worth noting that there are 90 assembly seats in Jammu Kashmir, out of which 47 are in Kashmir Valley and 43 in Jammu region. Voting is to be held in three phases in the state on 18 and 25 September and 1 October. Counting of votes will be done on 8 October.

While releasing the manifesto for the Jammu Kashmir assembly elections, Amit Shah declared that Article 370 will never return. He said- Jammu Kashmir is, was and will remain a part of India. In the last 10 years, the state has developed and is developing. Today Article 370 and 35A have become a thing of the past. Now it is not a part of our constitution. Shah said- All this happened due to the powerful decision of PM Narendra Modi. Article 370 has become history. We will never let it come back.

However, BJP has also promised rehabilitation of displaced people and salvation of temples. It has said in the manifesto- Tika Lal Taplu displaced society rehabilitation scheme will be started. Safe return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits, Valmiki, Gurkhas and other displaced people will be expedited. Apart from this, BJP has said that Hindu temples and religious places will be rebuilt under Rishi Kashyap Tirtha Punaruddhar Abhiyan. One hundred ruined temples will be renovated. BJP has said that other existing temples including Shankaracharya Temple, Raghunath Temple and Martand Surya Temple will be further developed through active participation of religious and spiritual organizations.
