According to ED, during the investigation of the conspiracy, it was revealed that Lalu Prasad Yadav himself was deciding to take land as bribe in the name of job in Railways, his family and close friend Amit Katyal were supporting him in this.
It has been said that from the proceeds of crime, Lalu’s family and companies associated with him have acquired about seven lands which are located in Mahua Bagh, Patna. Four of these lands are indirectly linked to Rabri Devi. It has been said that Lalu Prasad Yadav has an old connection with Mahua Bagh village of Danapur.
