China will neither soften nor step back even an inch (yes, even an inch) towards India. Proof of this again is the meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Xi Jin Ping on 23 October 2024. In the context of global politics, I expected China to become flexible from the statements of India’s Foreign Minister and Foreign Secretary. It is felt that China will return the status quo before April 2020 on the border of Ladakh region. The Indian Army will start returning to the areas where it used to patrol. If China withdraws its troops from the 2000 square kilometers of Indian territory under its occupation and the armies of both the countries retreat from the face-to-face standoff, then India will have confidence in China. The world’s largest populous country will then be China’s friend at heart. And India will be a partner or indirect supporter in the separate system that China and Russia are creating together in world politics. He will stop looking towards America and western countries for military security concerns. This will strengthen the agenda of China-Russia’s test of strength, new world order and financial system against the western countries. After all, if a country with a population of 140 crore people becomes a partial participant in the exchange of yuan-ruble mixed currency from the system of transactions in dollars, there will be chaos.
The reality is that China has a strong stand against America regarding Taiwan. Its economy is in recession due to the siege of America and Europe. The world has become untouchable due to its military-strategic-economic partnership with Russia, so if India becomes its partner or even a silent advocate in the new world order of its plans, then the dominance of the Russia-China flag will increase. When the stakes are so high and so far-sighted, if China returns its forces to the 2000 square kilometer area of the barren plateau of Ladakh region as it was in April 2020, it will have more gains than losses!
But no! There is no inclination in China’s mood to step back or bow down even an inch. Its attitude of contempt towards India, which was expressed repeatedly during the times of Mao, Chouenlai, Deng and Xi Jinping, remains the same. China is India’s neighbor who is cunning, selfish and is also a sword-wielding world trader. In the twenty-first century, it is determined to make the entire world including India the tail end of its hegemonic axis. There is no longer any behavior of one step back, two steps forward in his roadmap. He has to make India a leader in his trade and economic strategy.
For now, consider his latest intentions. One, China has made Russia its franchise. Russia is dependent on it. It’s his shoulder. Putin will do whatever President Xi Jinping says. Putin cannot convince Xi Jinping at all. Two, the unified mission of China and Russia is to create their own new world order ahead of the centralized US-West axis. Third, for this, China has made small poor countries around the world dependent on them by giving them huge amounts of money. All the neighbors of India are dependent on China. That is, it is building the numerical strength of the countries. Fourth, due to the twin reasons of military pressure and trade, China has trapped countries like India, Japan, Australia in such a dilemma, worry and dependence on imports that the Foreign Minister of India is forced to publicly declare that this issue (trade ) is complex and there is nothing black and white about it. Five, by inviting NATO member Turkey to the BRICS meeting and the membership of Egypt and Ethiopia, it means that China-Russia have not only included all the Islamic countries of North-Central Asia, but the entire West Asia, North Africa, extending from Pakistan to Turkey, that civilizational region. It has created a blueprint for taking over the region where the mobilization of Islamic countries (especially in the context of Jewish Israel) can be a pillar of Chinese civilization in the future.
That is why India has zero importance in the minds of China and President Xi Jin Ping. China’s think tank knows that India of 140 people was once run by the East India Company, now it is run by Adani-Ambani. If Adani-Ambani manage businessmen and make them profitable, then Prime Minister Narendra Modi will automatically come running to Kazak. External Affairs Minister Jaishankar, the Ministry of External Affairs itself will make headlines that India and China have reached an agreement regarding the pattern of patrolling on the Line of Actual Control in Eastern Ladakh. Prime Minister Modi is going to Kazakhstan to meet the President. Even though we, you and the world keep searching whether Indian soldiers are really patrolling in Depsang, Galwan, Gogra, North Block of Pangong and Kailash Range in the same way as they were patrolling before April 2020?
