Engaged in serving the public by learning from Gandhiji's life: Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal paid tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary. Paying tribute to Bapu, Kejriwal said that his life always teaches ‘equanimity for all’. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government is engaged in serving the public by learning from Bapu’s philosophy of life. He said that Bapu’s life message will always continue to guide the entire world. Mahatma Gandhi’s dream was of a country where everyone gets good education and treatment, people of all religions and castes live together in brotherhood. This is now becoming possible in Delhi. On Wednesday, on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal posted a video on social media platform X. Through this he said that the entire country is remembering Bapu on the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhiji’s dream was of a country where every child gets good education, every sick gets good treatment and where people of all castes and religions live together in brotherhood. Today, while paying tribute to Bapu, we are happy that all this is becoming possible in the country’s capital Delhi.

He said that today every child in Delhi is getting good education. Every person is getting good treatment. Cheap electricity has started coming 24 hours a day. Drinking water is reaching every house. Farmers are getting full compensation. Martyrs and soldiers are being honoured. The youth have started getting employment. Kejriwal said that while fighting for the country’s independence, Gandhiji’s dream was to create an India where everyone would have equal rights to a better life, because the country is not the name of a line drawn on the ground. A country is made up of the people of the country. We have changed this system by connecting the people in Delhi. We have introduced the Republic to its strength. Bapu’s life always teaches us ‘Equality for all’. Learning from his life philosophy, we all are engaged in serving the public.
