Bengaluru. On Saturday, BJP lodged an FIR in Karnataka over the statement given by the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi in America. BJP leaders lodged a case against Rahul at the High Ground Police Station in Bengaluru. BJP has said in its complaint that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has done divisive politics by targeting SC, ST, OBC and Sikh community. In such a situation, his divisive policy should be investigated. Earlier, cases have also been registered against Rahul in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Chhattisgarh.
It is worth noting that Rahul had given a statement on reservation and Sikh community during his US tour. BJP leaders are protesting against this. In fact, on September 10, Rahul had said in the US that there is concern among the Sikh community in India whether they will be allowed to wear turban and kada or not. Rahul was also asked a question on reservation. Then he had said that Congress will think about ending reservation only when everyone in the country starts getting equal opportunities. At present, such a situation does not exist in India.
