Ahmedabad. Narendra Modi attended a grand reception organized in his home state Gujarat for the first time after becoming the Prime Minister for the third consecutive time. During this, he said that he was mocked but he quietly kept on making policies in the service of the country. He said that he has come to seek blessings of the people of his home. The Prime Minister said that the people of the country have done a historic work by giving a government a chance to serve for the third time.
On the second day of his Gujarat visit, on Monday, Prime Minister Modi attended the welcome ceremony organized at GMDC ground in Ahmedabad. He said- I have come to Gujarat for the first time after taking oath as PM for the third time. You people have always showered love on me. When a son comes to his home and takes his blessings, the energy increases manifold. Enthusiasm and enthusiasm increase even more. He further said- Many people made fun of me, but I am a son born in the land of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. I kept quiet and kept making policies in the interest of the country.
Modi said- People kept talking about Modi in different ways. I had also decided that you can make fun of me as much as you want, I will not say a single word. Tolerating every insult, I kept making policies and taking decisions for the welfare of the people of the country. While telling the achievements of his government in 100 days, he said- In these 100 days, work has started on many projects worth more than 15 lakh crore rupees. During the elections, I had given a guarantee of building 3 crore houses. Work on that has also started. On the second day of his visit on Monday, Prime Minister Modi flagged off the metro train running between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. After this, he reached Gujarat International Finance Tech City i.e. GIFT by metro.
