New Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal has expressed happiness over the Supreme Court granting bail to him in the liquor scam case. She praised her husband’s strong intentions on Twitter. She wrote, “Congratulations to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). We appreciate you for staying strong. Along with this, we also wish for the release of other leaders in the coming days.” AAP leaders Raghav Chadha, Atishi, Manish Sisodia and many other leaders also expressed happiness over Kejriwal’s release and unanimously called it a ‘victory of truth’. Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said, “Today we bow to the honourable Supreme Court and thank them. We thank the Constitution of this country and Baba Saheb, due to whom this was possible today. It is not just a matter of victory of truth, but this decision has also exposed the lies of BJP leaders.”
The way it was said in the Hon’ble Supreme Court today that the entire case of CBI arrest was fabricated to prevent release in ED cases. Our senior advocate Singhvi repeatedly reiterated that it was an insurance arrest. He was not arrested for any wrongdoing. The constituent parties of the Indy Alliance also started expressing their reaction on social platforms. Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar said on Kejriwal’s bail, “With the release of Arvind Kejriwal, one thing has become clear that the roots of this democracy are still strong. This fight has started on the path of truth. Kejriwal’s bail has made one thing certain that in a democratic country, the conspiracy to show any person down can never be completed. He has got this bail in the CBI case. Kejriwal had filed a petition challenging the CBI arrest.
