Lokayukta police interrogated Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru. Lokayukta police on Wednesday, November 6, questioned Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in connection with alleged irregularities in the land allotment of Mysuru Urban Development Authority, Muda. According to official sources, Siddaramaiah appeared before the Lokayukta police in response to a summons and answered questions from the team led by Lokayukta Superintendent of Police TJ Udesh. A Lokayukta official said that the interrogation lasted for about two hours.

After the interrogation of Lokayukta police, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said- I was interrogated. I have told all the truth. He further said- Lokayukta is an independent agency like CBI. I have answered all the questions asked by the Lokayukta. The Lokayukta has recorded my reply. They will investigate further. While defending his wife, the accused in this case, he said – My wife has returned those sites saying that there are allegations against me.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said- BJP and JDS have made false allegations against me. A false case has been made against me. I was interrogated. I have told the truth. Siddaramaiah said that until the court’s verdict comes regarding any wrongdoing, there is no black spot on my image. There are only allegations against me. I will answer the allegations to the court and the police.
