Modi distributed appointment letters to the youth

New Delhi. After forming the government for the third time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed appointment letters to the youth for the first time. The first employment fair was organized by the third government on Tuesday, October 29, in which Prime Minister Modi gave appointment letters to 51 thousand youth. For this, employment fairs were organized at 40 places in the country.

The employment fair was started at the end of the tenure of Prime Minister Modi’s second government. The employment fair was started in October 2022. Till now, more than eight and a half lakh youth have been given jobs in 13 fairs. Before this, the last employment fair was organized on 12 February 2024, in which appointment letters were distributed to more than one lakh people. However, in the employment fair, Modi asked the youth to serve the poor and the backward.

Modi said to the youth who received appointment letters – You are servants of the people, not rulers. Therefore, serve the poor and the backward. It is you who will make a developed India in the next 25 years. Modi said- We launched the scheme to bring new technology to the country and new foreign investment. Make in India campaign and PLI scheme together have increased the pace of employment generation manifold. Industries in every sector are getting a boost. New opportunities are being created for the youth.
