New Delhi. Now Prime Minister Narendra Modi has directly warned people about incidents like making fake calls in the name of central agencies, cheating citizens, digitally arresting them and demanding money. Explaining this in detail to the people in the Mann Ki Baat program on Sunday, October 27, he said that no central agency makes digital arrests of citizens or asks for money. In his monthly program on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi also remembered Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Birsa Munda, whose 150th birth anniversary will be celebrated.
However, to avoid frauds like digital arrest, the Prime Minister talked about adopting three steps: Wait, Think and Take Action. He said- stop as soon as the call comes. Don’t panic, stay calm, don’t take any hasty steps, don’t give your personal information to anyone. Take screen shots and make recordings. The second step is- think. No government agency threatens over phone, interrogates over video call, or asks for money. If so, then understand that something is wrong. After this take the third step action.
