M.S. Dhoni : A notice has been issued to Mahendra Singh Dhoni from the Jharkhand High Court. The former captain of Team India received this notice on November 12, in which he has been ordered to present his side in the fraud case. (MS Dhoni)
Dhoni has filed this case against his former partners Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Das, who are investors in Arka Sports and Management Limited. Dhoni had filed this case on January 5, in which he had made allegations of fraud.
Mihir and Soumya had also filed a petition against this complaint, which was heard on November 12. The hearing in this case took place in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi.
After the completion of the hearing, a notice was sent to Dhoni to present his side, in which he has been ordered to appear and present his side. (MS Dhoni)

15 crore fraud case
The complaint filed by the former Indian captain in January this year against Soumya Das and Mihir Diwakar, who have not only been Dhoni’s business partner but also a good friend (MS Dhoni).
