In fact, the new Chief Justice has prepared an outline of some changes keeping the citizens in mind as part of the necessary reforms. Chief Justice Khanna said – Till now the lawyers have been making oral appeal before the bench headed by the Chief Justice for immediate hearing, this will not happen now. Lawyers will have to send an email or letter explaining why immediate listing and hearing of the case is necessary. It is noteworthy that for some time there was criticism that big lawyers get any case heard immediately, while common people have to wait for a long time.
