It is noteworthy that Vikas Yadav has been declared most wanted by the American investigative agency FBI for conspiring to murder Pannu, who lives in America. The FBI described Vikas as an officer of the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
However, a year ago, on November 4, 2023, Pannu had released a video and threatened to blow up Air India planes. Pannu had released a one minute video.
