Thiruvananthapuram. Congress General Secretary and Congress candidate from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has started campaigning. After filing nomination, Priyanka came to campaign on Monday. It is noteworthy that this time Wayanad seat had become vacant after Rahul Gandhi, who won from two seats in the Lok Sabha elections, chose Rae Bareli seat, from where Congress has made Priyanka Gandhi Vadra its candidate. There is election on 13th November. The results will come on 23 November.

After reaching Wayanad on Monday, Priyanka first held a road show and then held a rally in Meenangadi. Attacking the BJP government at the Centre, he said – This government spreads hatred and anger in the society with planning. We have seen attacks on minorities, everyone has seen what happened in Manipur. Priyanka said- The values ​​of our Constitution are continuously being erased. Instead of the welfare of the public, policies are being made for the welfare of the PM’s special friends. The lands of farmers and tribals are given to big businessmen.

Keeping in mind the Christian voters of Wayanad, Priyanka also remembered Mother Teresa. He said- Six-seven months after my father’s death, Mother Teresa came to our house to meet my mother Sonia Gandhi. I was 19 years old at that time. Mother Teresa met me, I had fever. He placed his hand on my head. He put his garland on my hand. Priyanka said- After marriage, I joined Mother Teresa Sisters in Delhi. There she taught English and Hindi to small children. There she used to clean bathrooms and floors and cook food.
