Second list of three MVA parties released

Mumbai Amidst the continuing deadlock over seat sharing, the three constituent parties of Maharashtra’s opposition alliance Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) have released the second list of candidates. Sharad Pawar’s NCP has released the list of 22 candidates and Congress has released the list of 23 candidates. Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena also announced the names of 15 candidates on Saturday morning. In this way Uddhav’s party announced 80 names. In the first list it had announced 65 candidates.

Sharad Pawar NCP released the second list on Saturday. There are names of 22 candidates in it. On October 25, the party released the first list. In which 45 candidates were announced. The party has so far announced the names of 67 candidates. It is noteworthy that Sharad Pawar, Uddhav Thackeray and Congress have reached an agreement on 255 seats. The names of the candidates are being announced accordingly. But there is no clarity on the remaining 33 seats. All three parties have decided to leave 18 seats for smaller parties.

However, the Congress party also released the second list of candidates on Saturday. There are 23 names in this list. Congress had announced 48 names in the first list. The party has so far announced 71 candidates. Meanwhile, there is news that Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal will campaign for Maha Vikas Aghadi in Maharashtra. His party has decided not to contest elections in Maharashtra.
