New Delhi. On Tuesday, October 16, the Supreme Court heard the case of rape and murder of a junior doctor at RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata. The court has asked CBI to file status reports in both the cases within three weeks.

Along with this, the Supreme Court asked the West Bengal government, what has the task force done so far in this matter? On this, the government said that 78 hundred hospitals have given information to the task force. Based on this she wants to give suggestions. The court also raised questions on the appointment of civic volunteers in state hospitals.
