Patna. Politics is going on regarding the incident of setting Dalit houses on fire in Nawada, Bihar. All the political parties are trying to ‘make money’ by calling themselves the biggest ‘well-wishers’. Political parties are accusing each other. Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) chief and Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav have come face to face in this matter. On Friday, Jitan Ram Manjhi retaliated to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s statement that he is educated in RSS and BJP schools. Questioning Tejashwi Yadav’s education, he said that this is a paradox, since he is not educated, how would he know the essence of education. We are people from the lowest section of the Scheduled Caste. We used to have difficulty in going to study, we used to study hungry and thirsty. He passed matriculation and graduation with his merit. Similarly, my son has also studied. Today he is a professor in a college, so what is his question to the RSS? Earlier, after the incident of burning of houses of Dalits in Nawada, Jitan Ram Manjhi had said that the Yadavs were involved in this incident.
After this, Tejashwi Yadav had said that Jitan Ram Manjhi and his son are studying from RSS and BJP. They read whatever is given in writing. Meanwhile, BJP’s chief spokesperson and minister Janak Ram says that the Nawada incident is a serious attack on humanity and social harmony. The way the Dalit community has been made a victim of this inhuman act, it not only raises questions on the morality of the society, but is also against the rights given by our Constitution. Minister Janak Ram said that this type of injustice with the Dalit community cannot be tolerated. He said that the culprits of this case should be given the harshest punishment according to the law. In the Nawada Fire Accident, an FIR has been lodged in the Mufassil police station by the victim side. More than 25 people have been made named accused in this case. The police have intensified the investigation of the case. The police have arrested 15 people so far.
