New Delhi. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday targeted All India United Democratic Front leader Maulana Badruddin Ajmal. Giriraj said, “These people do not consider India as Mother India. These people do not trust India at all. The identity of those who make such statements in Parliament automatically gets lost and he is also one of these people. Meanwhile, the BJP leader took the Congress to task. He said that the meaning of these people is clear that whatever the Wakf Board says is right. Congress itself has created this kind of situation in the country. There is no such institution in the country which takes decisions and administers justice on its own. Congress itself has given this right to the Waqf Board. I say that this right should be abolished.
Let us tell you that Maulana Badruddin Ajmal of AIUDF had said, “The area from the new Parliament House to the airport and from Vasant Vihar to the airport in the capital Delhi is the property of the Waqt Board. Modi government should hand over the Parliament House to the Muslim community. Earlier, Maulana Badruddin Ajmal had also criticized the proposed Waqf Bill. Ajmal had expressed strong opposition to the Waqf Bill in a statement. He had insisted that all secular political parties should boycott the Joint Parliamentary Committee formed to review the bill. He said that all secular parties are opposing this bill. All secular MPs have expressed opposition to this bill. Our Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind was silent in this matter till now but now it seems that the intentions of the government are bad.
