Anant Chaturdashi 2024: Tomorrow is the last day of the 10-day long Ganesh Utsav. The last day of Ganesh Utsav is celebrated as Anant Chaturdashi. Anant Chaturdashi is celebrated on the Chaturdashi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. The festival of Anant Chaturdashi is also called Anant Chaudas. Ganesh Utsav is also concluded on the day of Anant Chaturdashi. In the Ganeshotsav celebrated with great pomp for 10 days, Ganpati Bappa is immersed on the day of Anant Chaturdashi. Ganpati Bappa is seated in the house on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi and Bappa is immersed on the day of Anant Chaturdashi.
The date of Anant Chaturdashi is considered special and important for the worship of Lord Shri Hari. It is believed that by fasting on this day and worshipping Lord Vishnu with rituals, one gets infinite fruits for 14 years. According to mythology, during the Mahabharata period, the Pandavas regained their lost kingdom by observing the fast of Anant Chaturdashi.

What is the formula of fourteen glands
On the day of Anant Chaturdashi, tying the fourteen Granthi Sutra has been said to have special importance. So let us know what is the importance of this sutra and by tying it with which method can benefits be gained. Let us tell you that on this day, during the worship of Lord Vishnu, the fourteen Granthi Sutra should be kept in front of him and worshipped.
During the puja, this Anant Sutra is awakened with the mantras of Lord Vishnu. Also, after the puja is done with complete rituals, men tie this fourteen-granth Anant Sutra on their right arm. Whereas women tie this sutra on their left arm.
Do not eat salt on Anant Chaturdashi

To get the blessings of Lord Vishnu, wake up in the morning and take a vow to fast after taking a bath on this day. While vowing to fast, meditate on the form of Lord Vishnu seated in the Ksheer Sagar. During the fast on this day, you have to eat only salt-free fruits. Otherwise, your worship may remain incomplete.
