The report called for widespread assistance including female-directed business, micro, small and medium enterprises, agricultural values, permanent livelihoods and social security initiatives in advertising.

These programs will be necessary to increase Afghanistan’s tolerance, reduce dependence on assistance and to re -accept permanently.
