The Protection Council praised the UN long -term resolution for Afghanistan and has expressed full support for the special representative of the head of the mission and the UN general secretary.
Representatives of member states expressed deep concern over the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan. Also, it has been warned that illegal drug production, trade and smuggling must be dealt with.
The Protection Council has emphasized the decline in disaster risk in terms of the deteriorating human situation in Afghanistan and the socio-economic crisis of Afghanistan.

The UN Mission, UNAMA was established in 2002 and it was a political mission through which dialogue between Afghan political leaders, regional stakeholders and international communities was confirmed.
Its purpose is to promote inclusive administration in the country and to prevent the risk of violent conflict. The deputy chief of this mission also has the responsibility of coordinating the UN humanitarian effort.
After returning to the Taliban in 2021, these humanitarian support efforts (de facto) are actually managed by the administration (Taliban).
The Protection Council also offers the UN mission to monitor human rights situation, especially the rights of women, minorities and weak groups.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed concern that due to the amount of money, about 5 percent of the overly-needed health care services supported by the UN agency of Afghanistan may be forced to shut down.
The UN Health Organization has warned that due to lack of financial support, every day the country’s healthcare structure will cause pain, death and damage when it can be prevented.
According to him, if this step is taken compulsory, it will not provide very important treatment care to women, children, old people, displaced and returning to their country in Afghanistan.
By March 4, 2025, 167 health centers in the country had to be stopped due to the country’s funds, which suspended treatment care for 16 million Afghan citizens in 25 provinces.
If adequate measures are not taken to prevent reduced accessibility of healthcare, more than 225 centers can be locked by 2021, which will eliminate primary health care access to 4 lakh additional Afghan citizens.
The provinces in the north, west and northeast of Afghanistan have had the most impact, where about a third of the total health centers have been closed. In this situation there is a possibility of a major humanitarian crisis.
In Afghanistan, the representative and the chief physician of the mission, Advin Senija Salvador, said that there was no report to close the health center.
“They reflect mothers who are unable to give birth to their children safely, who are deprived of life -saving vaccines, the whole community who now have no protection to protect against serious diseases.”
“Its results will be calculated in the last life.”
Emergency Health Terms
Afghanistan, which has long been fighting the human crisis, has already faced many emergency health conditions. Other diseases including Khasra, malaria, dengue, polio in the country are prevalent.
Due to the closure of healthcare services, efforts to control these diseases will face serious obstacles.
In the first two months of this year, up to still 16,000 suspicious cases in Afghanistan, at least five people were killed. For diseases that can be protected through vaccines, the rate of immunity is at very low level.
Only 5 percent of the vaccine got the first evening to resist the Khasar, while only 5 percent percent was able to get the second. In this situation, children suffer from this national disease and risk of death, which is possible.
Some donors have continued their support for the health sector of Afghanistan, though development assistance has changed priority and therefore the allocation of head of healthcare has decreased. The health requirements in the country are still at a huge level, though the current financial support level is not enough to provide health care services to several million Afghan citizens.
Dr. Salvador said it was not just about the meaning of assistance. This is a human being in an emergency, so that many years of effort to strengthen Afghanistan’s health system can be proven to fail.
