The conference is expected to participate in the conference of the President and more than 20 countries, international organizations, civil society, youth, educational institutions and private sectors.

The purpose of the LLDC 3 Conference is to increase the partnership and cooperation of 32 developing countries surrounded by land, whose total population is more than 50 million.
These countries fight serious infrastructure such as challenges of geo -politics, limited market access, high transportation costs and climate crisis.
The goal of this conference is to overcome these obstacles through strong infrastructure and better communication to promote integrated and inclusive growth in the global market.

Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Maradov and all the participants were formally welcomed at the ceremony on Sunday, “Welcome to the voice. I would like for the success of the conference.”
UN High Commissioner Rabab Fatema hoped that this conference would “strengthen and wides” the partnership among the countries.
The formal inauguration of the conference will be held on Tuesday, which will also include UN Secretary -General Antonio Gutresh.
Earlier, he described “in Almati for Central Asia and Afghanistan, for Kazakhstan,” a symbol of cooperation in Central Asia on the basis of priority and solution “Central Asia is a symbol of cooperation.”
The general secretary warned that there is intense danger of climate change, such as obstruction in poverty eradication, increasing appetite and melting of glaciers and shrinking water sources.

Akasantan Ataeva, a permanent representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations, said, “All the necessary measures for the representatives and participants have been done in collaboration with the United Nations. We take our responsibilities seriously and make every possible effort to ensure the best situation.”
Turkmenistan Pavilion representative Anbardi Kashanov told UN News that the main developing projects in the region include “Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran Railway and Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline”.
The main purpose of the LLDC 3 Conference is to promote the World Partnerships to increase the pace of inclusive and sustainable development of countries surrounded by land.
This conference is an important attempt to convert the geo-economic barriers of these countries into opportunities.
