UN Climate Change Structure Organization – UNFCCC Executive Secretary Simon Steel said at a trade conference in New Delhi that India is in a good position to get economic benefits from investment in climate power.
He said that invested in clear energy “strategically and by profit”.
Simon Steel said during special emphasis that investment in climate power is the “largest economic and commercial opportunity” of the present era.
He said, “People who are moving on the new system have the opportunity to take large -scale opportunities. Some governments just talk about India and take action.”
“India is already a solar power. This country is one of the only four countries that have established more than 100 GB of solar power.”
Simon Steel, ninth annual Global Trade Summit, mentions the steps taken by India to increase access to clean energy and promote renewable energy.
He said, “This is the right opportunity to take the next step, which can give India one billion 3 million people and the economy a huge benefit. To do this, a strong climate project – the national level climate contribution (NDC) will be necessary.
It is noteworthy that under the Paris Agreement, the countries should provide national determined contribution (NDC), which to reach the global climate goal, to ensure their commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Simon Steel said that in the past, this nationalized contribution (NDC) was almost fully focused on fossil fuel production.
He said, “I am now saying that the focus should be focused on the possibility of huge development in future plans. Increase air and solar energy, increases the quality of life, increases employment.
He said, “India is already moving forward in this direction, but economic growth will be faster by taking the rise of global clean power.”
“India has already paved the way to increase the severity of energy, increase economic growth. This is an important example for setting an impressive goal for the formation of international solar alliance and developing clean energy.”

Simon Steel said, “Now you have the opportunity to put it forward. Renewable power is to realize the ambitious schemes to increase hundreds of gigweights.”
Simon Steel emphasized that countries should be adopted in climate. It is also necessary to ensure the government, private sector and broad society, research, investment, training and innovation.
He said, “India is in a strong position to achieve dividends from ambitious, economically -based climate projects. The prominent of these projects – the Prime Minister (Narendra) gives priority to life (life -long life) – so that the strength of the institution, community and the people Could do and promote a circular economy.
Simon Steel said, “India’s leaders have an exciting opportunity to enhance the industrial techniques related to the entire economy, so that India is established as a major force in clear power and industry.
