At the top of the United Nations, on Friday, July 7, ‘World Population Day’ was published in his message, calling for solidarity with youth and ensuring an opportunity.

The world’s population was estimated at 1.5 billion in 2021, which is expected to reach 1.5 billion in 20 years.

This year, on the International Day, the rights and opportunities for them have been called, focusing on the empowerment of the younger generation so that they can build their future, according to their hope.

The UN chief said that empowering the full youth in justice and hope, strengthening the promise of the United Nations, according to which every person has the right to make decisions to the life and the future.

In the present age, many youths are fighting economic uncertainty, gender discrimination, health challenges, climate crisis and growing violent conflicts. According to a survey conducted in 5 countries due to social, economic and health challenges, the present generation is hesitant to produce children.

The general secretary said that despite these, they were moving forward by demanding courage, consciousness and clarity and their rights and support elections.

In view of this, the UN general secretary has called for countries to invest in this national policy, to promote education, health care and breeding for youth.

He has appealed to these national youths to stand and express solidarity, so that every person can determine his fate in a fair, peaceful world.

Natalia Kanim, the chief of the UN Agency (UNFPA) for sexual and reproductive health, read in his message that youth should support the use of their rights and understand their desires for the expected future.
