The DPI model of India praised

Ambassador to the United Nations Secretary -Technical Ambassador to the United Nations, Amandeep Singh Gill, said at the seminar on how to promote DPI inclusion, digital changes and prove helping to bring out government services.

He especially praised India’s DPI model, which is now considered an inspiring example for the world.

He also said that many successful experiments in countries like Brazil, Southeast Asia and Africa are seen in this direction.

Amandeep Singh Gill said that today DPI is being integrated with health, agriculture and other socio-economic structures, so that accessible and effective services can be provided in remote areas.

He also spoke about the possibilities of artificial intelligence (AI) and said that data is the most important basis for the development of AI. The way India’s DPI makes, taxes and identity is related to the flow and accessible data, it can prove that AI techniques are effective in training and preparation of local problems.

He further made it clear that the support made by the G -20 countries like India, Indonesia, Brazil and South Africa, which was prepared by the United Nations, is now part of the global policy for the member countries of the 5th.

In addition to investing in DPI, this structure should not be marginalized and to ensure that human rights should be respected.

He said that regions like Africa have the opportunity to rapidly develop the digital economy and to take in-union trade and digital entrepreneurs to new heights through the integrated DPI.

Amandeep Singh Gill also emphasized that DPI -centric simple instead of complex structures like the European Union, but strong models can be adopted in global competition, taking a strong model.

The growing role of ‘DPI’

India’s Permanent Representative Ambassador P Harish has said that in the past decades, the government has emerged as a new role as a digital service supplier. Until two years ago, the word ‘Digital Popular Popular Structure (DPI) was not common, but in 2021 a structure was prepared during India’s G -20 president, which all member states adopted.

He said, “After that, in September 2021, the United Nations launched a higher impact initiative (‘high influence initiative’), which is aimed at implementing DPI in 100 countries. Under the ’50 -in -5′ promotion, 50 countries will implement at least one part of their DPI structure in the next five years.

He said, “DPI is actually a digital structure that is safe, shared and connected to each other, so that people can easily reach public and private services.”

He said that the DPI journey of India started from a ground level, where digital solutions were prepared through Aadhaar, UPI, Jan-Dhan scheme and mobile phones. India’s technical power, huge population, institutional structure and political leadership promise played an important role in this whole process.

Indian Ambassador P Harish said that there are problems such as economic inequality, low labor productivity, more employment in informal sectors and limited access to financial services in India. DPI has prepared a foundation to solve these problems.

In addition to these, artificial intelligence (AI) DPI is also increasing the power of manifold. AI crops in agriculture have empower 20 million farmers for the monitoring of crops, pest control, water management, determining the grain cycle, access to the market and facilities for government assistance.

18 billion transactions from UPI per month

The Minister of State for the Indian Government Jitin Prasad said at the seminar that India started promoting ‘Digital India’ in the 21st, whose goal is to transform the country into a powerful society and knowledge-based economy. Under this campaign, the foundation of the digital public infrastructure (structure), that is, the foundation of the DPI, which made the government, service and empowerment possible by keeping the general citizens at the center.

He said that open source digital forums, such as Aadhaar, Jan Dhan Yojana, UPI, Digilocar, Co-Vin, Ava and the onDC, have changed the definition of service distribution in India.

Jitin Prasad said that the UPI is now doing 5 billion transactions every month and K-Vin has made the world’s largest vaccine promotion digitally successful. New platforms, such as Ava and theonsC, are now giving new directions to digital health and decentralized e-commerce.

He said, “This DPI of India is now making a global identity. More than 5 countries are under process to accept or accept it. It also has a special place on the G20 agenda.
