The resolution, presented to Pakistan and unanimously passed on Tuesday, said that all countries should solve mutual disputes through conversation, diplomacy and cooperation so that international peace, protection and justice do not harm.
It also says that countries should not be used against any other country’s borders or freedom, nor should such an act against the UN objectives.
At the same time, it was emphasized that it should be stopped before the progress of the dispute and all the countries should take necessary steps to implement the peace proposals of the Protection Council effectively.
Diplomacy and resistance diplomacy
The proposal requested the United Nations Secretary -General that the United Nations “arbitration and stress leads the attempt to follow the first and follow them”, as well as their peaceful efforts.
In this, the work of the UN Arbitration Assistance Unit (MSU) was praised and the secretariat was asked to ensure the occasion of ‘trained, experienced, independent, neutral and median experts’ at every level.
MSU is a major center of mediation skills and UN assistance, especially in global peace and interaction efforts.

The proposal states that it is very important to adopt an inclusive method to resolve the disputes peacefully.
In this, especially women are fully, equal and effective participation and the active role of the youth.
At the same time, the role of regional and sub-regional agencies was emphasized to strengthen UN efforts, emphasizing information and increasing cooperation.
The Council Secretary -Genn General called for “to give concrete advice to improve the ways to solve the disputes” and plan to organize an open debate to review its progress.
