According to The News Medium, more than 5 people were killed in two places in Rafah and Central Gaza and more than 5 people were injured.
Both these food assistance centers were recently formed by the Gaza Humanity Assistance Foundation (GHF).
The organization has Israel and the US support, and the American private security contractors are being taken from the help of the Israeli army.
The distribution of assistance began in late May and it was left aside to the United Nations and other Humanitarian Assistance agencies.

UN general secretary Antonio Gutresh said in a statement released on Monday that he was “shocked” by the news of the incident. He said, “Palestinians are simply making their lives risky for food, it is completely unacceptable.”
“I demand an instant and independent inquiry into these events and apply for the criminals to account.”
He emphasized that it is an obvious responsibility of Israel under the International Humanist Law that allows humanitarian assistance and makes it easy.
Emphasis on giving support to assistance
The general secretary said, “Gaza has to recover immediately with the help of support without interruption to meet the huge demand.”
According to him, the United Nations should be allowed to work in a safe situation by fully respecting humanitarian policies.
The United Nations has reconstructs the appeal for instant, permanent and continuous ceasefire in Gaza and immediate liberation of all bonders. He said, “The only way to ensure security for everyone. This war has no military solution.”
