UN top officials say in the Belgium capital Brussels that he welcomed any ceasefire, as it would save life and pave the way for Ukraine’s equitable peace.
He said the proposals of the United Nations Charter, International Law and Protection Council in UNRAN would be honored and Ukraine’s regional addition would be protected.
The UN chief met with the leaders of 2 27 members of the European Union in Brussels, where he arrived at the summit.
Earlier, General Secretary Gutresh published a statement, where US President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Bholodimir Gelnsi were released to ceasefire in the Black Sea.

He also expressed concern over the fasting of the Israeli military in Gaza and called on the world on the climate issue that the move should be stopped.
Significant trade route
The general secretary said that a safe system based on international law in the Black Sea is important for global food security and supply discipline. It will reflect the importance of trade routes for the world market from Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
The United Nations has made every effort to transport grain export from Russia and export food items and fertilizers to other regions of the world. It has made it possible to reduce food prices around the world and prevent famine resistance in sensitive conditions.
As a result of the UN -mediation effort, Russia, Ukraine, Turkish and the United Nations agreed to Istanbul in July 2022, under which three million tonnes of crops and other food items were transmitted from the Ukrainian port.
Under a parallel agreement in the United Nations and the Russian Federation, arrangements were made to export crops and fertilizers from Russia. However, the UN general secretary regretted returning to the foot from Russia’s grain export initiative in 2021.
