The UN pavilion is divided into four main categories. At the entrance, the audience welcomes a timeframe that reflects the history of the United Nations and its various organizations. After that the ‘Orb Room’ comes, where daily items appear on the walls such as telephone, health kit and even gun. Through all of this, various roles of the United Nations have been explained.
After that, the audience was part of an immersed video experience in the third area. This video not only shows a glimpse of the current problem, but if we follow the path of sustainable development, the future also tells what the future might look like.
The last region is a rotating exhibition, which varies from time to time and highlights various UN agencies, whose work area is full of global diversity.
The experiences of visitors coming to this pavilion are as varied as this exhibition.

He said, “In Japan we usually focus on the goals related to environment and cost, but here I have found deep information about poverty and human rights.”

Takato sida Although he is studying about SDGs at school, he did not first guess that progress in achieving these goals in many places in the world is so slow. He particularly liked the part where the role of UN volunteers was highlighted.
