UN emergency relief coordinator Tom Flatcher warns that “for the most needy people, the help is deducted, there is nothing to feel hot … the impact of millions of people to die.”

It is noteworthy that Afghanistan has been fighting war and instability for more than four decades, where about half the population, which means humanitarian assistance is needed to survive about 2.25 million people.

The important role of women

Tom Flatcher, during his official visit, emphasized that the development of the country would not be possible without their entire participation in the education and the economy of the country.

In Afghanistan, there are very few resources in dealing with the number of Afghan refugees sent from neighboring countries, including countries, Pakistan and Iran, in Afghanistan, lack of basic services and horrific economic forecasts.

That way, the number of people returning is very large. Only in April (2021), more than two and a half million Afghan people have returned to the country, of which 3,000 people were forced to deport.

The UN Refugee Agency – UNHCR on Tuesday, expressed special concerns over the future of women and girls, which face increasingly oppressing under the Taliban regime.

Tom Flatcher also visited a facility center in Kandahar, where the United Nations and Human partners provide assistance with agency, health check -ups and cash.

He said that more than three million people have been deprived of access to primary care due to the closure of hundreds of healthcare in the region.
