Restrictions on Assistance Money, Risk of Millions of Animals, Warning UN Agency

On January 26, the US administration has announced the closure of billions of dollars aid funds for the next three months.

Pio Smith of the UN Agency (UNFPA) for sexual and reproductive health told reporters in Geneva on Tuesday that almost all American foreign aid programs were affected. The ban has been said to continue until the review of these programs is over.

UN Secretary -General Antonio Gutresh told all New York employees on Tuesday that he called for significant development and continued assistance for humanitarian activities after US President Donald Trump’s executive order.

According to the top UN official, the impact of this decision is being evaluated and efforts to reduce its impact will continue.

“Now, UN effectiveness has become more important than ever … together, we will make sure that our company is providing services to people around the world with autal resolution.”

Fatal

Pio Smith, director of Asia and the Pacific, said that after President Trump’s executive order, UNFPA had shut down services operated by US Grant, which provided the lives of women and girls in the crisis. They also influenced countries located in the South Asia region.

He warned that in Afghanistan, there is a possibility of 1,220 additional maternity deaths and more than one million unwanted pregnancy due to lack of American support from 2021 to 2021.

The regional director explained that the Trump administration was requested to further clarify why its organization programs were affected, when he was expected to be released for humanitarian reasons.

Meanwhile, the UN Humanities Office (OCHA) has said that no one has been removed from work since this executive order.

A UN office spokesman said that their parties in different countries are in contact with the local American embassy and efforts are being made to understand the situation. Last year, the US government’s contribution to the worldwide appeal for the world’s humanitarian assistance was about 47 percent. Yance Larck said it shows how much it means in the current situation.

It is worth mentioning that the US administration has announced the introduction of USAID, USAID under the US Foreign Minister’s Foreign Assistance and Development Program.

Their office doors have been closed for USAID staff. The recently formed government skill department (DOGE) has accused the chief agency involved in the criminal activities and not responsible.

Yance Lark said that life would not be protected by taking public names and embarrassing complaints. At the same time, Alasandra Veluchi, head of the UN’s Geneva Office Information Service, revisted the application of general secretary Gutreresh, where he applied for a relationship based on the Trump administration.

He said that we were ready to continue and listen to these tasks, if there was any criticism, so too, so that it could be reviewed. The chief of information services underlined the issues of relations for decades based on mutual support between the United States and the United Nations.

Plan to separate from the Human Rights Council

A spokesman for the UN Human Rights Council responded to President Trump’s executive order to issue an executive order at the press conference, under which the United States intends to withdraw from the 47 member states.

Human Rights Council spokesman Pasakal Sim says that the United States is a member of the council from January 1 to December 31, the United States and a supervisor country from January 1 this year. Like all UN member states who are not part of the council.

“If a council supervisor is not part of an explanatory organization, it cannot be technically separated from it.”

Emergency

The UN Agency (UNFPA) for sexual and reproductive health was active in providing its services to the needy people of Afghanistan.

However, after the US stops support, there are more than 90 million people deprived of health and conservation services. It will affect about 600 mobile health teams, family health centers, counseling sites, where work will stop.

Regional Director Pio Smith said that a woman died every two hours due to the complexity of pregnancy, and therefore Afghanistan is the most deadly country for women from the outbreak.

“More life without UNFPA’s support will end at a time when the rights of Afghan women and girls are being broken.”

Bangladesh’s influence in Pakistan

The UN agency in Pakistan warns that the US declaration will influence 100,000 people, including 2 million Afghan refugees.

A large number of people are expected to be deprived of sex and reproductive health care, while more than 60 health centers may be closed.

On the other hand, about six million people, including Rohinja refugees in Bangladesh, are concerned about moving away from important maternity and reproductive healthcare. According to Pio Smith, these are not just statistics. These are real life. They are forced to live in the most respected circumstances in the world.

About 10 million Rohinja people have taken refuge in refugee camps in Cox’s Bazaar in Bangladesh, who are living in very difficult situations.

About 50 percent of the children were born in the health center and operated in support of UNFPA, but now these services are risky.

Regional Director Pio Smith said that Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan need $ 30 million to continue service.
