SPECIAL RAPLE Claimed to withdraw the sanctions imposed on French Albaniz

On Wednesday, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the ban on the ban on independent human rights expert Fernska Albanes appointed by the United Nations under the President’s Executive Order.

The Foreign Minister alleged that Frenchuska Albaniz has directly made direct efforts to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the case of investigation, arrest, custody or litigation of the citizens of the United States or Israel.

Marco Rubio said that these steps were taken without the consent of both respective countries, which is a severe violation of national sovereignty.

The United States and Israel are not part of the International Agreement called Rome Statute, based on which the ICC was established.

UN officials have appealed to the US administration to withdraw the decision on Thursday and warned that the international human rights system can be weakened.

A ‘dangerous example’

UN General Secretary Spokeswoman Stepan Duzrik told New York journalists on Thursday that special re -alleers set up a dangerous example of the victims.

“The use of unilateral banners against special raples or other UN experts or officials is unacceptable.”

He mentions the role of the mandate and the special correspondent of independent human rights experts and said that the countries have full rights to register the disagreement with these experts or their ideas.

“But we want these efforts to be done by the UN human rights system.”

Claim to withdraw the restrictions

The United Nations Human Rights High Commissioner Bholakar Turk also demanded immediate withdrawal of banned ban against the special rapper appointed by the Human Rights Council.

In a statement issued on Thursday, he said that Frankka Albanes worked for himself as a prescribed order, which was taken in response to which the move was taken.

“The UN member states should be communicated creatively instead of being adopted in despite the view of the strong disagreement.”

The Human Rights High Commissioner said that the human rights council should be banned from attacking experts and threatening them and banned in such a national effort against the ICC.

Bholkar Turk said that human rights concerns, which these experts are working, should have more debate and dialogue on them and that is the solution.

Human Rights Council President Urg Lubar has also regretted the American disciplinary action. He said that special reporters have an important role in filling the mandate of the council and all countries should ensure full cooperation with them.
