Sudan: Thousands of people have been forced to displace because of human conditions due to violence and degradation

In the province of Western Cordofan, the International Immigration Agency (IOM) says more than 47 thousand men, women and children have left the city this month due to increasing insecurity.

Most of these people were already being displaced within the boundaries of Sudan and now they have to leave their house for the second time.

At the same time, more than a thousand people have been displaced in the last one week due to insecurity due to insecurity, the camp located between North Darfur, Al Fashar and Abu Shokh.

Most have taken refuge in close areas, while others have fled to another city, where the UN and partner organizations have raised humanitarian assistance in the past few weeks.

In April 2021, Sudan’s armed forces and paramilitary forces, RSF, have been killed so far more than 5,000 ordinary citizens so far and 1.5 million people have been forced to leave their homes.

The fight between the opposition military has entered its third year. There is deep insecurity in the country and lacking assistance for the needy. According to one estimate, more than three million Sudanese citizens need immediate humanitarian assistance.

A total of 17 million people have taken shelter in North Darfur province. In the need of increasing human assistance, the current crisis is deepening due to the increase in prices of food items.

On the other hand, due to the insecurity and deterioration of the neighboring country of South Sudan, a large number of people are entering the white blue province of Sudan, which has increased the demand for people there.

Within the past six weeks, more than 25,000 refugees in South Sudan have reached the White Blue province in search of protection, most of which are female and children.

Humanitarian assistance workers are busy with all efforts to provide relief to the needy, but to reach them, safe routes and assistance are needed.

This year a total of $ 1.2 billion was applied to promote human relief to Sudan, but only 5 percent ($ 1 million) was possible.
