Independent experts say that from July 2021, the Russian military killed ordinary citizens in the area injured in the spread of 5 km or attack.
According to the report, about 150 ordinary civilians were killed and several hundred were injured as a result of the drone attack in 16 regions with Kharison City and Ukrainian control. Men, women and children are among the victims.
‘Large -sized, decorated drone attacks were part of an integrated government policy’, where similar methods were used. The Investigation Commission says it shows that these attacks were planned, targeting and organized.
There is currently no information that the Russian military or citizen administration has taken effective steps to stop this national attack.
‘My husband dies in my arm’
They were targeted when they were busy with daily activities on foot or vehicle in different situations of ordinary citizens.
In September, 2021, when a woman from Ponnatika Village was returning home with her 3 -year -old husband, she was attacked with a drone explosive.
The woman said, “My husband died in my arm, because of the continuous blood flow, since the ambulance could not reach timely. I tried to stop blood from the T-shirt, but it was not enough.”
According to the report that these drones are installed in the camera, through which ordinary citizens are monitored and explosive materials are thrown on them.
Thousands of videos were regularly divided on Russian Telegram channels, with thousands of customers. In these videos, the crime was shown to perform and then more attacks were then attacked in the future.
Dark shock and fear
In the drone attack, ordinary people died, they were seriously injured and some crippled. Many people had to face psychological shock and fear.
The ambulance has special protection under international law, but drones have been targeted first, so that the attacks can prevent the victims from reaching the victims. Because of this, many victims have lost their lives waiting for primary treatment.
Local population in the drone attacking region constantly spends life in fear. Ordinary people are also at risk of getting out of their house and they are afraid to fall into the drone attacks.
Many people wait for the days surrounded by clouds to go out or hide in trees. Threatened messages are being offered to leave the place on the Taligram channel, which causes people to panic.
Violation of humanitarian law
Investigators have made it clear that the aim of ordinary people and citizens’ institutions through drones is a violation of international humanitarian law, according to which these attacks can only be done at military bases.
Evidence collected by the Independent Commission shows that the Russian military has committed war crimes against the attack against ordinary citizens of the province of Kharis province.
Also, videos sharing videos of ordinary people dead or injured can be placed in the category of war crime to hurt personal dignity.
The Investigation Commission says that these attacks were severely damaged in houses and basic companies, transport media and emergency and rescue services were noticed. In such cases, it is difficult to live in the affected areas and many residents have no alternative other than leaving this place.
These repeated drone attacks can be said that it is being adopted as official policy by the Russian administration, so that the population of the province of Kerson may be forced to leave. It can be considered as a crime to transfer a population against humanity.
